Moles and brown spots can be erased by our Lumenis One IPL system, Photodynamic Therapy, and Profile Erbium Sciton laser.

Some of them will have to be gently excised by our Cosmetic Physician. During your consultation, the optimum treatment plan will be developed and presented to you. Above all, your safety is our most important concern and all moles need to be carefully examined before their removal. Often it may require a removal of a tiny portion of your mole to make sure that this lesion is not cancerous or pre-cancerous. That is, not all moles can be treated with laser light.

Removal of moles on medical grounds when there is a suspicion that a mole can be cancerous or pre-cancerous, is covered by the Alberta Health Care plan. Therefore, if you have concerns as to the nature of your mole, come for a free consultation. For removal of ‘safe’ moles for cosmetic reasons, there is a fee and an exact price will be given to you after the consultation.
